Hey there little faces. Today I will talk you about the latest tv series that I watched, Daredevil. If you haven’t watch it yet and you hate spoilers, it’s time to leave. I will write about some huge spoilers on the article and I don’t wanna make you angry you people.
First of all, I have to tell you the truth.! I started watching the series when it first came out, back in 2015 but I got bored. I don’t know if it was me, my mood those days or the first episodes were truly boring… Anyway, I had it already on my calendar with the unwatched shows and as the time pasted I added all the other three Marvel‘s heroes series – Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist – and finally The Defenders. A few days ago I decided that it was time to finally give it a second chance… and it was worth it. Still, it’s not one of my favorite series but I had a really good time watching it.
Let’s begin with the main story. Matt Murdock after a tragic accident when he was a kid got blinded. As a result of that, his other senses developed way too much. Now, he is a lawyer by day, and he has a law office with his best friend Foggy Nelson, and by night he tries to save his neighborhood, Hell’s Kitchen from all the New York City’s bad guys. At first, the only person that knows his secret is his friend – and for a while love interest – Claire Temple who works as a nurse and she helps him more than once. Long after that, Foggy finds out who his friend really is when he finds Matt almost dead at his apartment. The press called Matt “the devil of Hell’s Kitchen” back then.

Some of the greatest characters on the show, are the villains. Wilson Fisk, the main bad guy of season one is a huge pain in the ass… I mean, he has it all.! Money, power and he is a psychopath as well. He believes that he is the only one that can save the Hell’s Kitchen the same time that he is the one that do a really long list of crimes… I mean, seriously dude?

On the second season we have “The Punisher”. The psycho that kills gang members and mafia’s guys. We all believe that he is actually the bad guy, but truth be told Frank Castle just lost his family and the only thing that he wants is revenge. In the other hand, the true evil bastard is Nobu, a high member of the organization “The Hand” and an undead asshole ( no, really ) who wants to kill Daredevil and take the “Black Sky” ( a weapon ) in his hands. Stick, Matt‘s old teacher, tries to kill the “Black Sky” but Matt stops him and Nobu and everything ends okay ( kinda ).
Finally, every good show that respects itself has a really good love story. Daredevil has more than one. I already told you about Matt and Claire. This it didn’t worked out though. Claire wants a peaceful life and relationship and Matt couldn’t give that to her, so they end it up friends. An other woman in Matt‘s life is Elektra Natchios. The rich, spoiled, Matt‘s ex-girlfriend from college who comes back ( on season two ) just in time to make us “hate her” because our boy Matt just had found out that he has feelings for someone else…
Karen Paige.! Matt‘s love. What can I say for this girl? Smart, brave and unstoppable. She works on Matt and Foggy‘s office for a while – before she finds out her true love job – and she falls for Matt almost from the begging. It tooked Matt one ( and a little ) season to kiss her but it was worth it. We had a few good episodes while they were together. Karedevil, that’s the ship name ( I hope it’s right, googled it ), were cute and caring and adorable together but he couldn’t tell her the truth about who he really was and she broke up with him, because she believed that Matt was an egomaniac bastard who cared only for himself. But let’s face it, almost everyone wants them togethem and after the finale of season two that he finally told her that he is the Daredevil we hope that we will have more scenes like this one.

I hope that you liked my post and you are also a fellow Karedevil shipper :p Let me know what you think about my article and the show on the comments below or on my facebook page.
