Hello – hello my little faces. The series is a romantic comedy of South Korean production of 2021 which is based on the book with the same title that was released in 2010. In the two leading roles we see Choi Tae-joon and Choi Soo-young.

Lee Geun-young is a journalist in a well-known magazine but her work is not recognized as her editor steals all the ideas of the young girl, always giving her to write articles that Geun-young herself would never write. When her boss almost forces her to attend an event she takes with her the photographer of the magazine and her close friend to cover the event.
Shortly before the end of the event and after the two of them have all the information they need, they end up drinking a little more. Geun-young, quite drunk, comes face to face with the famous kpop idol Who Joon and misunderstands his conversation with a girl, thinking that he hit her. Who Joon believes that she is following him to secretly take pictures of him and the two of them start a quarrel which results are Geun-young’s broke camera and she throwing her shoe at Who Joon.

When Geun-young loses her job because of Who Joon she decides to take revenge by showing to everyone his real face and the right opportunity comes when a producer offers her to play in a new reality show with her new enemy.
The two of them will discover aspects of each other during the reality show but also things about themselves that they did not know until now. Because sometimes what we believe about someone is not right.

My thoughts:
A very sweet series with the necessary humor and suspense to roll the episodes without tiring the viewer. Beautiful interpretations by the cast and incredible funny in some scenes will make you love the series if you are a fan of the genre. The production is not for an EMMY, but it is very worthwhile compared to other similar series.
