Hello – hello my adorable little faces I know that it’s been a while, 3 years to be exact, but I think that it’s time for this tread of posts to come back. So, here we are… to continue the list with the most badass female tv characters.
- Selin Sever ( Her Yerde Sen )
Selin is smart, romantic and totally independent. She works as an interior designer in the same company with her best friends. She owns a beautiful house that she took a lown to bought and has Cici ( her fish ) and Sakiz ( her goat ) as pets alongside her Mr. Turtle and neighbor’s dog, Karamuk. Her life is simple and she thinks that doesn’t need anything else. Until see met Demir Erendil, the owner of the half of her house.!
- Defne Topal ( Kiralik Ask )
Defne is definitely not like the other secretaries that Omer ( her new boss ) had until now. Truth be told is that she doesn’t even deserve to be in this position, but Omer’s aunt has other plans from her nephew and our girl. Defne herself has no other choice but to agree with that lady. Soon enough though everyone will understand how smart, unique and strong she is. She can manage every situation at any moment, she can hit the hell out of you and she can eat like no tomorrow without even thinking about that ( if that only isn’t badass I don’t know what it is ).
- Dani Powell ( Prodigal Son )
Dani is a police officer. She loves long talks about cases, being sarcastic and lemon-lime lollipops ( usually giving them by her partner Malcolm Bright ). She is definitely one of the cutest and ass-kicker policewomen out there ( at least on tv ) and we love it for that. Of course, I ship her with Malcolm since day one but in my defense, it’s not my fault that she tries to help him any moment and he trusts ( basically ) only her.
- Macy Vaughn ( Charmed )
Macy is a total badass. She’s not only one of the Charmed Ones ( the most powerful witches ) but she is also a scientist. She doesn’t like it when things are unknown to her and she has a special gift to uses science alongside magic. Macy loves her sisters way too much but her weak spot ( even if she doesn’t admit it ) is her Whitelighter, Harry. She always tries to do the right thing but sometimes what’s right isn’t necessarily good.
- Lizzie Saltzman ( Legacies )
Well – well… What can I say for this badass queen.? Lizzie is romantic, savage as hell, loves the attention, has a really bad taste in men ( she always likes hot guys who will break her heart ) and she is a little bit insane. No, I mean it… it’s not her fault though. When you are a member one of the most powerful witch covens has its pros and its cons… She is a really powerful witch, maybe more powerful than her twin sister, Josie, and their friend Hope, she knows it and she totally loves it ( even if it scares her a little bit ).
- The Doctor ( Doctor Who )
I never thought that I will be able to put Doctor in one of these posts but it’s real people! The Doctor is finally a SHE and definitely rocks it! After the 12th regeneration of the Doctor no-one was sure what will happen because, if you’re a fan you already know this, TimeLords have the ability to regenerate 12 times! Not less ( unless if they chose to ) not more. But thankfully the writers found a way for our beloved Doctor to keep regenerating and returned for the 13th version of him, as a… she! Many people started to complain about that but Jodie ( The Doctor ) didn’t disappoint us! She’s perfect! Strong, smart and always ready to protect the Earth, her beloved planet, from any threat!
- Nairobi ( La casa de papel )
Everyone has a favorite on “la casa de papel”… mine is Nairobi! She is one of the most kind-hearted thieves that we will ever meet on a tv show. Her only goal is to take her son back and she’ll do whatever it takes to do that. She is there for anyone of her team that will need her and she could literally kill you if you do anything to hurt any of them ( well, maybe not Berlin or Palermo but still… ). She’s the best boss one could have and everyone knows that.
- Maddie Kendall ( 9-1-1 )
Maddie is one of the strongest female characters that I have seen. Abused by her husband, run away from her home and found refuge at her brother’s place in Los Angels. She was a nurse but afraid that her abuser will find her starts working at the 9-1-1’s calling center as an operator and she’s totally killing it. She finds herself again, starts being happy again, she falls in love with the perfect guy and she finds the courage to fight her husband.
