Hello there my little faces. It’s time for another rom-com straight out from South Korea. As you may notice, Kdramas owns me the last few weeks and I keep watching one after another. This time I will talk to you about Cinderella and the four knights.

Young Eun Ha-won ( So-dam Park ) lives with her dad, her step-mom and step-sister but her life isn’t easy at all. When her dad is at home all seems to be normal and nice but the moment that he’s on the road again ( he works as a truck’s driver ) Ha-won turns back to a real-life Cinderella. Forced to run errands for the other two women while she works non stop in order to save money to be able to become a teacher.
One of her jobs will be the reason to meet the handsome Kang Hyeon-min ( Jae-Hyun Ahn ). He will suggest her to pretend his girlfriend for an event and Ha-won in need of money will accept this crazy plan. The event isn’t other than Hyeon-min’s grandfather’s wedding and when the old man will meet her and see that she’s not like the others will suggest her his own job proposal. She will have to stay in the same house with his three grandsons and their assistant and make them a family again.

Ha-won thinks that it will be easy but the three cousins not only don’t talk to each other but their hate it will drive her crazy. The “every girl’s dream boy” Hyeon-min, the ultimate pop star Seo-woo ( Jung Shin Lee ), and the black sheep of the family Ji-woon ( Il-Woo Jung ) will be forced to live with her and Lee Yoon-sung ( Min Choi ) in order to not lose their money while Park Hye-ji ( Na-Eun Son ) will not accept easily that someone other girl hangs out with Hyeon-min.
The series is a really sweet rom-com and it will make you fall in love with the characters for sure. Well written script and characters, decent enough performances from the cast and zero plot holes ( because everything will make sense eventually ) are this series’ elements. I really enjoyed it and even if my favorite couple didn’t become canon the leading couple was really sweet as well.
It’s a 7/10 ⭐️ from me.
Let me know what you think about the post in the comments below. Until next time…
